CHA₂DS₂-VASc — FA

CHA₂DS₂-VASc décide si le patient avec fibrillation auriculaire non valvulaire a besoin d'une anticoagulation. Homme ≥ 2 ou femme ≥ 3 = anticoaguler (AOD préféré à warfarine, ESC 2020/AHA 2023).

► Interprétation

  • 0 (homme) / 1 (femme) : pas d'anticoagulation
  • 1 (homme) : envisager anticoagulation
  • ≥ 2 (homme) / ≥ 3 (femme) : anticoagulation orale (AOD préférentiel)
